SAVEOURSTU­DIOS and the artists in Fort Point have done it again – they “sodded” the side­walk of the dilap­i­dated Summer Street bridge over Fort Point Chan­nel – and i took some pictures

The city counts side­walks as open space result­ing in dimin­ished park space . The green­ing of the Summer street bridge rep­re­sents the meet­ing of the two def­i­n­i­tions of open space: the city’s side­walk and the neighborhood’s park.
